Is this live or recorded?

Both. Every strategy class is a live Zoom session you join from anywhere, and the recording lands in your portal within an hour of the class. Watch what you missed, resit a tricky one before the next class, or binge the week on a Sunday.

Which course should I pick if I've already sat PTE once?

If your last score was 65+ and your test is less than five weeks away, go with Accelerated. If you have more than six weeks or need to lift a specific section, Regular is the better fit. Call us with your scored report and we'll say honestly.

Can I reschedule a live class?

Yes. Every live class is also recorded, so you can watch what you missed, and you can rebook the live session into another slot in the same or following week. Give the office 24 hours' notice where possible.

What's included in a mock test evaluation?

You get your section scores (speaking, writing, reading, listening), the enabling-skills breakdown (pronunciation, fluency, grammar, vocabulary, spelling, written discourse), a trainer's note on your three highest-value fixes, and a 30-minute debrief call.

What's the refund policy?

If you've attended fewer than two live classes and let us know within seven days of enrolment, we refund the course fee less a small admin fee. Full policy on the enrolment page or ask the office.

Do you teach PTE Core?

No. We only teach PTE Academic — that keeps the trainers specialised and the material current. If you need PTE Core (for Canadian PR), we'll point you at a trusted colleague.
